Norfolk and Waveney Mind are recruiting for a skilled Data and Reporting Officer to join our IT team and assist with the daily management and delivery of organisational data. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in Power BI, SQL, and data governance while making a real positive impact on local mental health support. As Data and Reporting Officer, you will work with the Head of IT and the Information Governance and Data Manager to deliver organisational data effectively and safely. You will play a key role in the maintenance and continued development of our management information repository, working with SQL and Power BI to deliver comprehensive reports and datasets when required. You will lead on the submission of data to the NHS, ensuring delivery of full and accurate data that demonstrates the hard work of front-line staff. You will also help uphold a high standard of data governance and security across the organisation by assisting with the administration of various governance tasks, such as monitoring data breaches and carrying out data quality sampling. Core Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Power BI and SQL 1 year’s experience working with data Experience in data quality monitoring and reporting. Familiarity with Mental Health Services Data Sets (MHSDS) for NHS Digital submissions. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Knowledge of information governance and data protection practices.
