Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance operations within social housing properties.
* Manage voids, ensuring quick turnaround times to bring properties back into use.
* Lead and motivate a team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
* Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure targets are met for repairs and maintenance.
* Work closely with housing officers and tenants to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
* Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
