Service Administrator - Belfast
We are recruiting a Service Administrator with our client who are a leading plant machinery supplier, supplying a range of machinery brands for the construction sector.
As part of the Aftersales Service team, the successful candidate will support the team with a range of administrative duties to ensure processes are followed correctly, using both paper and online systems.
Suitable candidates will need administrative experience and good IT skills.
Monday to Friday hours/ no weekends
The Role
Provide administrative support for the service department
Carry out administrative tasks, both IT and paperwork form
Work as a team with sales, parts & suppliers to give excellent customer service
Telephone duties when required answering calls
Process engineers paperwork e.g site sheets, machine checks, holiday requests etc
What we are looking for
Administrative experience preferably in a sales or customer service setting
IT Literate (Microsoft Office) with good admin skills
Organised with good time management, can prioritise tasks
Good communicator and telephone manner
Can work in a team effectively
