They are seeking an experienced, passionate, and sales-oriented Ship Chartering and Agency Manager to lead and grow the business in line with targets.

1. Developing and delivering planned marketing activity.

3. Managing and delivering operational performance.

Qualifications
18. Minimum 3 years’ experience.
19. Very good shipbroker knowledge.
20. Ships Agency/Stevedoring/Cranes knowledge advantage.
21. Oversee logistics dept/cover colleagues when needed.
22. Good communication skills in writing etc.
Salary & benefits package
23. £40 to £50K pa, dependent on experience, plus timely bonuses based on success.
24. This is a Full Time Commitment Position.
