Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Regional Account Executive Grocery FTC 12 Months to be based across East London, UK.
Reporting to the Grocery Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving availability & secondary placements of Red Bull, building and developing customer relationships, executing instore sales drivers and acting as an expert in the Soft Drinks category. You will also be responsible for working with all internal and external stakeholders to bring our sales and marketing plans to life. This is a field-based role with key account responsibilities.

The region focuses on East London, spanning across North London (Borehamwood, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Watford), Central London (Soho, Shoreditch, Whitechapel) and East London (Chelmsford, Dagenham, Epping, Romford). Please note that you’ll need to live within, or be willing to relocate to, this territory and you’ll need a UK manual driving licence to be eligible.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. Key Account responsibility for approx. 25 Regional Grocery Groups with influence over 800 Stores (Regional Groups include Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons & Co-Op Societies).
Prioritise and manage coverage of your key groups and stores to maximise opportunities within your territory.
Meet with Area Managers, Regional Buyers and Multiple Site Owners to ensure compliance of National Head Office Agreements and agree discretionary sales drivers.
Agree Joint Business Plans aligned to our National Brand Campaigns.
Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as National Account Managers, Category Managers, Supply Team & our 3rd party Field Sales agency.
Work closely with our field sales agency sales representatives to align on store level availability/merchandising/visibility priorities to support your Regional Agreements.
Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance & availability for all groups & stores.
Ensure all customer contacts & stores in your territory are visited as frequently as required – you will be expected to spend 70% of your time each week in store scoping opportunities, building a contact matrix and meeting with Area Managers, Regional Buyers and Multiple Site Owners.
2. Maintain and increase availability of Red Bull at both Front-of-Store (Chilled) and Back of Store (Ambient).
Ensure Red Bull has its fair share of space in both the Soft Drinks and overall Sports & Energy category in store at both Front-of-Store (Chilled) and Back of Store (Ambient).
Agree incremental distribution of Red Bull products, maxisiming the number of skus per store.
Agree additional chilled placements of the Red Bull product in store, through either store owned or Red Bull fridges.
Agree additional ambient placements in store, through either store owned or Red Bull displays.
Ensure effective roll out of New Product Development (NPD), maximising availability, distribution and feature for launch.
Bring to life marketing initiatives with in-store execution and relevant Point of Sale (POS), reflecting brand campaigns such as New Product Launches and Consumer Activations.
Increase in store presence through visibility and awareness of the product through merchandising our product on shelf, in fridges and around the store.

12. Grocery Channel experience such as Retail Management, Field Sales or other FMCG experience
