UK Head of Advisor Relations
About the job you’re considering
Capgemini’s relationship with the services and technology industry leaders is critical to our own market aspirations. Our engagement and profile with local industry analysts and sourcing advisors impacts our growth as their opinions and sourcing programs influence multiple parts of our clients’ decision-making process for professional services.
As a core part of the UK Business Unit, the Head of Advisor Relations establishes and manages relationships with third party influencers such as ISG, PA Consulting, TechMarketView, KPMG, Horizon 7, and other boutique advisory organisations. Aligned with Capgemini Group Analysts Relations functions and our global Advisor Relations teams, the UK Head of Advisor Relations follows a strategic plan to build valuable, lasting relationships across this highly influential community, turning market influencers into trusted strategic advisors, augmenting the Capgemini brand, and increasing visibility of both the portfolio roadmap and the opportunity funnel for large technology and business transformation deals. The role drives the expansion of our Advisor relationships across the UK markets, providing a clear access point for advisors to develop their understanding of our differentiated market, industry and portfolio positioning.
Beyond market influence, the role reaches deep into our sales culture and mindset, our corporate strategic functions and across our marketing and go-to-market teams.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

4. Develop Sales culture by providing an unbiased real-world feedback loop, refining the local marketing and sales messaging, and helping to coach the sales function with insights and tools;
5. Deliver Results: be driven by our business-goals, support must-win deals and increase our profile across the Advisor community through active social media contributions and promotion of sourcing industry awards;
6. Support the Group AR function with coverage of selected local analysts such as TechMarketView, leveraging research, marketing communications and accessing custom marketing insights and research to support our growth.
