* Supervise and direct Asst. Concierge and Bell staff and activities. Able to provide guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition.
* Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of interest to guests.
* Ensure a “welcoming sense of arrival” and demonstrate a “sincere farewell” while also ensuring the lobby, driveway, and Concierge area’s appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company.
* Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards.
* Maintains adequate supply of operational tools, stationery etc.
What We Need From You
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Great communication skills. Must speak fluent English and local language with other additional languages preferred.
* At least 4 years experience in an upscale hotel/equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline.
* Computer literate (Excel, Word, Office).
* Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
