Responsibilities:
* As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a high level of customer service via telephone, email, and our customer portal. You will log calls accurately, ensuring a detailed account is recorded in our CRM system. Your role will involve proactively addressing customer queries and assisting in the resolution of support queries. You will help retrieve CCTV footage for customers, schedule engineer visits, organise relevant equipment, and provide necessary technical support to engineers. Additionally, you will set up tracking equipment and maintain a positive attitude and high standard of customer service at all times. Compliance with the DCC Code of Conduct and other Group Policies will be expected.
