ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Night Spa Attendant on Call, your key focus will be to:
* assist with the journey of the clients and be ready to delight
* maintain the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness of Chuan Body + Soul
* report any Maintenance concerns in order that they are fixed promptly
* ensure changing rooms and locker room facilities are stocked with towels, robes, slippers and toiletries
* ensure that all products are adequately presented to clients and treatment rooms
* deal with towels/linen eg inventory, restocking, identifying and reporting any unsuitable towels/linen
* carry out pool tests on regular basis
* assist and delight guests with your charm and elegance
* be able to start work at 05:30hrs if scheduled to work the early shift
ABOUT YOU
* previous experience in a similar 5* environment
* good time management and be well presented
* a conscientious attitude and eye for detail
* ability to deliver good customer service
* initiative and self motivation
* basic computer skills, eg MS Word, MS Excel
* good conversational English
* flexibility to work different shift patterns
