With extensive growth throughout North America and Asia, they're now looking to expand their sales operation in Europe.
As a result they are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to drive and develop their channel sales business throughout the UK&I and Northern Europe, hiring and building a team of sales and technical sales professionals to grow the business.
Responsibilities: Strategic Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and develop Distributors, Resellers, Systems Integrators (SIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) within the region.
Revenue Accountability: Develop and implement strategies to achieve channel sales targets.
Enablement & Training: Conduct training sessions for partners to enhance their understanding of our MDM and UEM solutions and support their go-to-market strategies.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regional dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to execute joint campaigns and initiatives.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships through regular communication and close collaboration with partners.
Essential Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a channel sales position.
Current experience selling Mobile Device Management (MDM), Identity Access Management (IAM) and/or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.
Have an established network and relationships within the IT channel industry in the UK&I and Northern Europe.
Experience in recruiting and building sales teams.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages would be a benefit.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate: Experience in setting up a new channel ecosystem from scratch.
Expected time frame to bring in new revenue.
How this revenue will be generated in the short, medium, and long term.
Expected headcount growth for the team.
The Offer: Fixed Salary : £100k
- 120k OTE : £165k
- 200k (60/40 Split / Uncapped) Remote Working Interested applicants must be UK citizens and have a legal right to work and live in the UK.
