Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Bank Social Inclusion Coordinator at CQC Registered, Mental Health Service, Sidegate Lane, Ipswich.

The role of Bank Social Inclusion Coordinator will include:
* Supporting the manager with administrative duties, relating to the day-to-day functioning of the service
* Conducting monthly house meetings and minute taking
* Supporting the customers to attend outpatient appointments
* Welcoming visitors and callers
* Acting as a point of information for our customers, staff, and key stakeholders
* Dealing with emergencies on occasion
* Organising regular one to one or group activities for the customers and organising festivals and events
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
* Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
