Contracts & Licensing Coordinator
This is very much a hands-on position where you will learn by doing the job rather than following a formal training programme. You will initially be involved with:
Primary duties:
1. Preparation of software price quotations for existing and new clients
2. Issuing licence agreements and addenda
3. Distribution of products by courier and email
4. Assisting clients with download and security device problems
5. Issuing sales invoices
6. Acting as a key point of contact for clients via email as well as through Microsoft Teams
7. Regular in-person and MS Teams meetings with clients to discuss contracts
8. Providing ad hoc assistance and support to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company
9. As you gain experience, you will be responsible for the preparation and writing of tender/bid documentation, along with participating in the drafting and negotiation of more complex licence agreements.
Qualifications
To succeed you will need to demonstrate:
1. University/College degree
2. Good school results in both Maths and English
3. A good knowledge of both Excel & Word
4. Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
5. Excellent communication skills
