Are you passionate about leading a team to create innovative and impactful career opportunities and extracurricular activities for students? Join our forward-thinking team at JLC, where you will lead the way in delivering exceptional Careers, Industrial Placements, and Enrichment programs.
As the Lead Professional Opportunities & Super Curricular Practitioner, you’ll manage a dynamic team and oversee a variety of Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) and Employment provisions. Part of the role will be to ensure professional connections are established and maintained to support the college’s Upskill programme, by overseeing and engaging in a diverse range of enrichment opportunities for students, ensuring that they contribute to their personal and professional development.
Our Learner Pathways Team support students from pre-enrolment to their chosen progression destination, by advising which courses to study at JLC, what next steps to take, further or higher education, new job opportunities or an apprenticeship, and proving Upskill and Enrichment programmes.

Salary: SSP20 £34,391 FTE. Actual £32,572pa
