Client Relationship / Account Manager role in a top global law firm, focusing on UIK Government clients. London based with hybrid working (3 days in the office). Competitive salary.
This global law firm, with a great culture and progression opportunities, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to lead on their relationship with the UK Government. This is a newly created role and a highly prestigious one within the firm. Taking ownership of this key account will mean working with high-profile partners across the firm, who are highly engaged and welcome proactive support and ideas. Acting as the key point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, key responsibilities include:
* Planning and leading client team meetings, creating and following up on action plans as well as sharing opportunities, information and ideas. Proactively make recommendations on how enhance the relationship and add value. Lead and project manage legal panel reviews and provides consultative input to ensure submissions reflect USPs and key relationship messages. Reporting – overseeing the preparation of reports in collaboration with other teams such as finance and LPM. Driving client feedback through client service reviews, post matter reviews, and post pitch debrief interviews.
The ideal candidate will have extensive client relationship management experience in a law firm, preferably having looked after government accounts. Key skills to be successful in this role include the ability to multi-task and manage a demanding client, alongside the ability to deliver high quality work.
