This role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement across our organisation.
About the role
The Data and Insights Manager will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making, and fostering continuous improvement. This position involves collaborating with key partners and stakeholders to address strategic priorities, ensuring data integrity, and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards. The role is integral to driving highly informed decisions about the market fit of our products, improving learner experiences, and the overall quality of our online courses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborative Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Partner with stakeholders to identify key data questions and deliver high-quality data visualisations, dashboards, analyses, and recommendations.
2. Strategic Alignment and Reporting: Translate strategic priorities into actionable projects, lead data collection and analysis, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
3. Data Integrity and Management: Ensure data architecture is fit for purpose, maintain data integrity, and manage risks in compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Enhancing Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement: Design initiatives to enhance learner and customer experiences, providing evidence-based recommendations for ongoing improvements.
5. Automation and Technology: Implement automated processes for data analysis and presentation, staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
6. Building Collaboration and Communication: Foster internal networks for strategic collaboration and present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in data and business analytics, data visualisation, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects and working with technology teams.

1. Strong experience in data and business analytics roles.
2. Extensive knowledge of data, analytics, and automation.
3. Proficiency in data visualization and executive reporting.

7. Strong coaching and training skills.
8. Understanding of GDPR and privacy regulations.
Desirable:
1. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and languages (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Excel).
2. Understanding of cloud architecture (GCP, AWS).
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Canvas).
