We are pleased to announce that we have a vacancy for a
Treatment Practitioner at LHTC
This is a full time post, working 37.5 hours a week, to include evening and weekend work.
The successful applicant will work alongside other employees, volunteers, students and residents to ensure the treatment programme is delivered to an appropriate standard.
They will co-ordinate personalised programmes for individuals who are recovering from their addiction to drugs and/or alcohol including: undertaking 1:1 assessments; writing care plans; liaising with a variety of services and agencies involved in each resident’s treatment journey; delivering a range of groups; acting as covering member of staff.
Job Purpose
Work alongside other staff, volunteers, students and residents to ensure the treatment programme is delivered and developed to a high standard. Assist with the day-to-day running of the Residential Therapeutic programme with people in recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Work as part of an integrated team.
• Provide 1:1 support to residents.
• Deliver group work programme to residents.
• Undertake weekend and evening work as per rota.
• Attend meetings as specified
• Complete all case management documentation
• Discharge duties associated with specific roles
• Ensure all organisational policies and procedures are followed
• Any other duties as agreed by Registered Manager / Director
Salary to be discussed at interview, dependant on experience.
