We are looking for caring and compassionate Care Professionals to come and join our team in and around Northampton.
Minimum Requirements:
* Due to the nature of the job, you will need access to a vehicle and a driving license.
* You must be able to work every other weekend along with a minimum of 2 evenings a week.
* Please be aware that we are not taking on new applications for sponsorship or visas.
Job Description
Duties include:
* Provide Personal Care support to both male and female clients.
* Support our Clients within their own homes with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties.
* Provide Companionship support and access the community where required.
* Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs).
* Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided).
* Complete daily notes within our 'Care Planning App'.
* Attend team meetings where required throughout the year.
