Responsibilities:
* Maintain/update product content on Amazon/eBay/other marketplaces to drive traffic & conversions
* Track account health, manage A-Z claims and returns, and handle case resolutions
* Create and track FBA shipments, resolving any discrepancies with Amazon
* Conduct research and implement keyword strategies to enhance product visibility
* Assist with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI
* Support daily administrative tasks, including liaising with external agencies on marketplace performance

* Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with Amazon, is highly desirable
* Accuracy and precision in managing listings, data, and reporting
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take initiative
* Comfortable using Excel, flat files, and data-driven insights to optimize listings
