Who we are looking for
The Commercial & Marketing Manager needs to be well-versed in the marine equipment market, understand pricing strategies and market demands, and be capable of planning and delivering go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the sales, marketing, and purchasing teams. The right candidate will have strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills to contribute to the company’s ambitious growth plans.
What you’ll do
Reporting directly to the Marathon Managing Director, the Commercial and Marketing Manager will play a key role in various aspects of the business to deliver a best-in-class partnership for our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Suppliers: Work with current suppliers to ensure their product and brand messages are transferred to the market efficiently. Work with suppliers to grow sales and feedback market intelligence.
2. New suppliers: Work within the business to identify, negotiate with and onboard new suppliers that align with the business strategy.
