Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, located in Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to bring their bright and passionate personality to the team! Overseeing breakfast, lunch and evening service alongside tour buffets.
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll keep your department running like clockwork and lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll think creatively to offer first-class customer service and be an ambassador for both the Leonardo Hotels and MPW brands.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
* Lead by example and let your personality shine through.
* Be visible on the floor to support your team.
* Ensure KPIs are set and support the team in achieving these.
* Lead regular team meetings.
* Complete and issue rotas in advance.
* Identify any training opportunities.
* Have a good understanding of both the MPW menu and guest experience offering in the hotel.
