Job Description
We are exclusively partnering with an ambitious international law firm to hire a Quality Manager within their Office of General Counsel, reporting to the Deputy GC.
In this role, your primary focus will be driving the firm-wide initiative to obtain ISO 9001 certification.
You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and teams while leading the development of this growing function.
The firm offers a hybrid working policy, with the role based in London, Manchester, or Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the firm’s ISO 9001 certification process.
2. Refine and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
3. Oversee the conduct of internal audits and report to senior management.
4. Recruit and lead a team for QMS compliance.
5. Support the Office of General Counsel with policies, best practices, and risk management.
Applicant Expectations:
1. Experience in ISO 9001 certification (but not essential).
2. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS management in professional services, ideally in a law firm.
3. Experience in conducting internal audits or overseeing their completion.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills.
