Minors & Brady started its journey in 2014, and today have grown to a community team of nearly 60 estate agents. We are seeking an organised person to join our administration and marketing team in Wroxham, to help the sales team with a variety of tasks that enable us to give our clients fantastic customer service when selling their home.
The administrator of the branch is the 'glue of the office', that helps the branch run smoothly. Your role would be to:
1. Type up property details
2. Create property adverts for all online platforms
3. Prepare our window cards
4. Organise our sold signs
5. Type and send out valuation reports
6. Create adverts for our social media pages
One day you may go from preparing an advert for a £70,000 flat to a £2.2 million manor. We would welcome and value your input to create new ideas in any ways which may help the business.
This is a fast-paced role within one of Norfolk's busiest estate agent branches; however, attention to detail is necessary to ensure minimal mistakes with our clients' adverts.
The ideal candidate will be excellent with their spelling, computers, e-mails, letters, and phone communication.
The role is full-time from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, and one in four Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. There is free parking and you're set in the popular Broadland village of Wroxham/Hoveton.
