About Us

We are looking for an Internal Communication & Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help lead impactful communication initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
You’ll be at the heart of creating and implementing effective communication strategies that connect, inspire, and empower our employees across all levels. You’ll lead projects that build employee engagement, promote transparency, and ensure that our messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy to drive employee engagement, business objectives, and cultural alignment.
2. Crafting compelling, informative content for various internal platforms (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.).
3. Facilitating engaging internal events, surveys, and employee forums to promote collaboration and feedback.
4. Managing internal campaigns that foster recognition, inclusion, and overall employee well-being.
5. Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, adjusting strategies based on feedback and data.
What we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement within a large and complex organisation.
2. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills – experience working in video design and editing is a bonus!
3. Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
4. A creative mindset with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand messages.
5. A collaborative, team-orientated approach with a passion for building positive workplace culture.
6. A deep understanding of employee needs and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
