This includes not only advertising jobs and coordinating assessment days/events but also overseeing the crucial step of sending out offer letters and ensuring all necessary safer recruitment checks are completed seamlessly. You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our recruitment process and maintaining compliance with NHS standards. Additionally, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing invaluable guidance on recruitment guidelines, processes, and best practices to our hiring managers. You'll be the engine driving our recruitment process, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
