We are offering an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyors to play a key role in our Asset and Planned Maintenance team. Reporting to the Asset and Planned Maintenance Manager, you will be well supported by the team as you grow your career as you work towards qualification as a Building Surveyor with the RICS, CIOB or similar approved. We will help you through your APC with work time to study and provide a structured programme of in-house training and CPDs to help you grow and succeed. As an incentive, when you qualify, we will also pay your annual subscription. Gain invaluable experience leading a variety of high-value projects from inception to completion across our portfolio of circa 5,100 housing assets. This includes disabled adaptations and refurbishment schemes, where you’ll conduct feasibility studies, perform building surveys, prepare specifications and work packages for tender, and ultimately manage and deliver contracts with full support and mentorship.
