Role Overview:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the full operation of the venue, ensuring smooth day-to-day running, maximising revenue, and maintaining high standards of service. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee financial performance, and implement strategies to enhance the venues reputation and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including front-of-house, stock control, cash handling, and site security.
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and licensing laws.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to develop menus aligned with the venues vision.
* Drive revenue through effective marketing, social media presence, and event planning.
* Maintain accurate financial records and oversee stock management to maximise profitability.
* Build strong relationships with local authorities and suppliers.

* Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Commercial awareness and a keen eye for driving business growth.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel if required.
