Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordination of internal and external new model activities.
2. Support achievement of business plan targets.
3. Regular communication with customers and suppliers.
4. Technical product specification support.
5. Maintain engineering specifications and control documents.
6. Support new model part, product, and supplier development.
7. Develop assembly process design.
8. Line balancing for efficiency improvement and capacity changes.
9. Proposal and implementation of improvement projects.
10. Review drawings and manufacturing instructions to identify changes points.
11. Review quality standards to ensure application of critical control points.
12. QCD topic improvement activities.
13. Support 5S, PCI, and Kaizen activities.
14. All other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, use fingers, hands, wrists, arms, lift and/or move a maximum of 60 lbs. occasionally.
