Your new role
* Provide both business and personal day-to-day diary management
* Assist with all administrative duties, including data gathering for draft documents, formatting and amendments of presentations and speeches, and preparation of board packs
* Arrange all domestic and international travel arrangements and management
* Monitor and respond to emails as directed
* Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and incoming telephone calls, determining priority matters and ensuring resulting actions are tracked and followed up
* Provide support to the EA to CEO
* Provide specific project support when needed
* Finance administration (raising POs and expenses)
* Organise team events
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years of experience as an EA/PA
* Some experience managing projects
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to resolve problems and use initiative
