Ecommerce Manager
Join us at Naturya as our E-Commerce National Account Manager. We are a leading brand in the health food industry, selling premium superfood products on Ocado, Amazon and our own website.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive growth on Amazon by managing product listings, optimising for SEO, monitoring sales performance, and overseeing advertising campaigns.
* Manage and maintain our e-commerce site, improving UX, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), and coordinating product launches, promotions, and customer journeys.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise online sales, increase revenue, and improve customer retention across both platforms.
* Ensure product descriptions, images, and reviews are optimised for both Amazon and the website, using best SEO practices.
* Work closely with our operations team to manage stock levels, ensuring high product availability and minimising stockouts.
* Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and competitor performance to identify trends and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to optimise growth and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Manage advertising to drive traffic and sales while ensuring a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to deliver cohesive and effective digital campaigns and to enhance the customer experience.
* Monitor reviews, customer feedback, and queries on both platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with experience in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify or similar platforms.
* Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and other marketplace tools.
* Proven experience in managing and optimising e-commerce websites.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as paid advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively.
