Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus bonus
Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:
Ensure daily payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
* Manage the payments inbox daily recording all payment requests accurately. Handle the payment scheduling rota, ensuring payment
approvals and paperwork have been obtained and authorised by the line manager/head of the department
* You will check, code and process employee expenses fortnightly, and generate employee expense payment runs. Respond to
customer or internal queries promptly
* Participate in vehicle stock checks and stock reconciliation
* Support all departments and team members with accounting functions as required, inclusive of ad hoc support
What we need from you:
* Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Accounts Department
, with a strong understanding of Excel
* Impeccable attention to detail, with strong organisation and communication skills
* Excellent time management, with the ability to work to deadlines
* Experience from within the automotive sector with knowledge of Keyloop, Drive or the previous Kerridge version
