This person will partner closely with the business to design and deliver learning programs that enhance the professional and leadership skills of all employees, with a particular focus on leadership development, team effectiveness, performance management, and the development of graduate talent. The role is central to driving a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and feedback throughout the business, ensuring that all employees, regardless of role or level, have access to opportunities that enhance their capabilities and support the organization’s growth and commercial success.

Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the company’s performance review process, ensuring it supports both individual growth and business objectives. Design and facilitate business-wide professional skills workshops, covering a wide range of topics such as communication, negotiation, resilience, time management, and other critical competencies. Lead team development days, building collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving capabilities across functional teams.
6. Learning Culture & Growth Mindset:
Champion a culture of learning and continuous development by promoting a growth mindset across the organization. Provide thought leadership on how learning can drive innovation and employee engagement. Ensure everyone has access to a breadth of learning solutions, including the appropriate learning platforms for their roles and development goals.
7. Learning Budget Management:
Own and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and support the organization's strategic priorities. Work with function leaders to prioritize learning needs and allocate budget accordingly.
8. Psychometrics & Personality Assessments:
