We are seeking highly motivated and Recruitment Coordinators to join our team. As a key player in our new approach to recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring its success. Main duties of the job
You will be required to provide a recruitment service for all volume and cohort recruitment. Your responsibilities will include :-Delivering a recruitment service for all post and apply and volume/cohort vacanciesDelivering end to end recruitment administration for your own allocated vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (known as eRecruitment) and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) systemProviding recruitment specialist advice, working with hiring managers to provide a tailored recruitment service, using eRecruitment, to meet the customers need and achieve a successful outcomeEngaging with candidates to ensure the best possible recruitment experience as their first contact with NHSBTLiaising with the Recruiter for Brand and Attraction to ensure the appropriate promotion of vacancies.You will be required to undertake occasional travel to any NHSBT sites to meet the requirements of the post (notice will be given)

Qualifications
Essential
1. NVQ level 4 in Customer Service, Administration or Business or similar qualification OR equivalent experience (see Experience and Knowledge Section)
2. European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) (part I & II) or ITQ2, or CLAIT II, or OCR (RSA) level 3 in text/word processing OR demonstrable workplace experience
3. Demonstrates commitment to own continous learning and development

5. Experience of working in a busy office environment, using office equipment, handling conflicting deadlines and priorities
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
