To coordinate and monitor waiting lists. Coordination and production of accurate waiting time information on a weekly basis and ensuring that there are no outliers to the targets. The post holder will experience a daily requirement to produce accurate work at speed.

Undertake reception duties, greeting and registering patients and
answering the telephone. Deal efficiently with all hospital staff and
visitors.
Maintain professional standards in appearance, behaviour and punctuality.
Assist in training and supervision of new members of staff, whilst carrying
out one’s own duties.
