A newly created Cluster Financial Controller role overseeing 2 hotels belonging to an established UK wide Hotel Company. Reporting to the DOF, working closely with the GMs, your key focus will be to improve and monitor control/ income audit procedures and be fully involved with P&L/month end/ Balance Sheet reconciliations, preparation. Overseeing a small finance team, this is very much a hands on, operational finance role, paying particular attention to F&B controls/margins and highlighting/ reducing deficits. You'll need to be used to challenging the norm, displaying a confident and supportive approach at all levels of the business to achieve common goals.
