Job Description
* Efficient management of administrative tasks
* Proactive handling of correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
* Scheduling and organising meetings, and managing travel arrangements
* Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
* Facilitating communication within the department and with other departments
* Adhering to all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
* Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude
* Experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
