An opportunity has arisen within Enfield's Older Adults Mental Health Community Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate nurse or occupational therapist to lead Enfield Memory Service.
This is an exciting time to be joining the team as we will be extending the service to offer post-diagnosis support to service users who are diagnosed. This will involve development and re-design of the service to optimise the use of resources to introduce an effective and innovative service. We will therefore need a team leader with a clear vision of how the service will develop and the skills to support staff in adapting to change.
You will provide day-to-day management of Enfield Memory Service as well as working with other services in the wider Trust as we work towards extending the post-diagnostic offer in Enfield.
You will work with the team to ensure compliance with national and local targets and provide assurance around the quality of the service offered.
You will work closely with colleagues in Enfield older adult services to ensure that service users are receiving care from the right service and that transfer between services is seamless.
You will work closely with the Enfield Older Adults Community Service Lead to address areas that require improvement using QI methodology.
