Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exceptional business, who hold a great reputation in the market, to support the further growth of their business with the addition of a Continuous Improvement Project Engineer. As the Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for; Collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities. Lead engineering projects to improve processes, services, and products, as well as oversee investment projects and plant shutdowns. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and on-spec project delivery. Monitor and report on repair measures, fault data, and project progress. Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures. Support cross-departmental teams to meet customer and business needs. Oversee budget, timeline, and quality for all projects, and manage the project team. Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide technical support. Assess engineering services and implement corrective actions as needed. To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Project Engineer position, you will need; Proven project engineering experience, ideally in continuous improvement. Strong proficiency in design software and MS Office. Experience with technical documentation (process diagrams, circuit diagrams, etc.) and control systems. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Ability to manage cross-functional projects. Leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent time management and organisation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
