Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exceptional business, who hold a great reputation in the market, to support the further growth of their business with the addition of a Continuous Improvement Project Engineer.
As the Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for;
* Collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities.
* Lead engineering projects to improve processes, services, and products, as well as oversee investment projects and plant shutdowns.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and on-spec project delivery.
* Monitor and report on repair measures, fault data, and project progress.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality control procedures.
* Support cross-departmental teams to meet customer and business needs.
* Oversee budget, timeline, and quality for all projects, and manage the project team.
* Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide technical support.
* Assess engineering services and implement corrective actions as needed.
To be considered for the Continuous Improvement Project Engineer position, you will need;
1. Proven project engineering experience, ideally in continuous improvement.
2. Strong proficiency in design software and MS Office.
