The Role As Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in the cross-functional leadership of one or more high-impact development programs from early discovery through to clinical execution and regulatory strategy. Working closely with scientific, clinical, and commercial leaders, you will drive timelines, budgets, and decision-making to ensure delivery of strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage biotech program(s) from concept through development stages to clinical milestones. Align stakeholders across research, clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions. Track program progress, risks, and budgets; provide regular reports to executive leadership. Manage external partnerships, CROs, and collaborators as needed. Drive continuous improvement in program execution and governance frameworks. Your Background Proven experience in biotech/pharma program management or product development. Strong scientific background (PhD or MSc preferred) in life sciences or related field. Track record of leading cross-functional teams across drug development lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile, and innovative environment.
