Salary: Up to £85,000

The role and what youll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis:
At Littlefish, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients while driving substantial growth. As our Programme Manager for Strategic Accounts, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our relationships with existing customers.
Your focus will be on overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their success, satisfaction, and growth. You'll be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, and bookings while working closely with our delivery leads to ensure seamless execution of our services.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of our service offerings. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed client expectations while driving business growth.
Your main duties will include:
Portfolio Management:
Oversee a group of strategic accounts, managing their overall health and growth
Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Monitor and report on key performance indicators for each account
Revenue and Profitability:
Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Manage account profitability, identifying areas for cost optimisation and efficiency
Forecast and track bookings, ensuring accurate pipeline management
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders within assigned accounts
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Proactively address client concerns and manage escalations
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with delivery leads to ensure successful execution of services
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted account strategies
Liaise with product teams to align our offerings with client needs
Strategic Planning:
Develop long-term account plans aligned with business objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance
Analyse account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Provide insights to senior management on portfolio performance and strategies
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
Proven experience in managing strategic accounts in the IT services or consulting industry
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in existing client relationships
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage at all levels of an organisation
Deep understanding of cloud and digital transformation technologies and services
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
Ideally youll also have:
Experience with portfolio management across multiple accounts
Knowledge of project and programme management methodologies
Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools
Understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators
Experience in the managed services or IT outsourcing industry
