We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a wide range of IT systems and equipment across the Surrey area. You will play a pivotal role in resolving technical issues, implementing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client locations, including workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* Provide proactive maintenance to optimize system performance and reliability.
2. Client Engagement:
* Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
* Deliver safeguarding training and awareness where applicable.
3. Continuous Improvement:

5. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
