About the COO Role
As our Chief Operating Officer, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at Miller Hospitality.
You will collaborate closely with our team to develop strategies aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Your responsibilities will include leading operational departments such as finance, marketing, human resources, and customer service while providing guidance to ensure company goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
* Oversee all operational departments including finance, marketing, human resources, and customer service.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
* Manage the company budget while ensuring expenses remain within limits.
* Analyze financial and operational data for areas needing improvement.
* Collaborate with MD and Manager on business strategy development.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, partners, and board members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; an MBA is preferred.

* A successful track record in developing strategic plans that drive profitability.
* Extensive experience optimizing processes for improved efficiency.
