You'll be offered a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 for a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible hybrid working model. Based in the West Midlands, the office also has complimentary on-site parking.
The position includes 35 days of annual leave, an additional day off for birthdays, and extra holiday entitlement for length of service, meaning you'll be able to get the rest you truly deserve in post.
The organisation prioritises employee wellbeing, providing a dedicated weekly wellbeing hour and enhanced pension contributions of 5%. Additional benefits include five annual volunteering days to support personal causes and fully funded qualifications in suicide awareness and mental health first aid. Salaries are paid monthly in advance on the 19th.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage key areas, including care homes, counseling, and mental health services.
2. Work closely with managers to create a culture of high performance.
3. Ensure that all staff are properly trained, accredited, and equipped to excel in their roles.
4. Focus on quality, safety, and effectiveness through continuous improvement.
5. Implement evidence-based practices, innovative approaches, and best-practice principles.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Fully qualified Advanced Mental Health Professionals (AMHP).
2. Hold a Social Work Qualification and maintain registration with SWE.
