I am seeking an exceptional sous chef to join this amazing kitchen and future project, my client has a fabulous restaurant in the heart of the West End. This is a new opening and with the success of the restaurant wants to include more chefs so that every member of the kitchen gets a good work life balance. The key to finding the right sous chef for this role is for me to speak to Sous chefs that work at a very high standard. That has the ability to cook at rosette or michelin level. I am looking for sous chef who really wants to push on in the kitchen and to really drive there career forward. This sous chef role will need to be well presented with a confident personality due to the nature of the open kitchen and customer interaction.

6. Using only the best seasonal ingredients
7. Knowledge of butchery and fish filleting would be a bonus
8. be a strong leader as well as a team player
9. Happy to work on menu development with the team
10. Must have an eye for detail and must be consistent
11. 3 days off – ( currently 3 doubles and 1 single shift, with will improve as team grows )
12. Hungry for success and would look to grow with the business
