We are seeking to appoint a People Support Assistant to provide effective and efficient, business administrative support to our very busy People Support team. Main duties will include support and guidance on a range of people focused policies and procedures to managers and employees, as well as to Academies and other external customers. Other duties include:
Provision of administrative support across the full spectrum of Company HR functions;
Collation and issue of recruitment and selection correspondence to Managers and colleagues, ensuring that safer recruitment principles are maintained;
Assisting Business Partner colleagues in preparation of papers/reports/data for employee relations meetings;
To provide a proactive, innovative and responsive support service to the People Services team.
This is a very busy team so the ability to be flexible, manage and prioritise workloads is essential to the service.
We are looking for a candidate who:
has excellent communication and strong IT/keyboard skills
has a clear understanding of the need for confidentiality
has experience of working in a very busy office
is customer focused and has a high level of commitment to work in partnership with a range of people across all functions of the Company, Academies and our external partners
