Role Description As a Pricing Analyst in the Retail team, you will be at the forefront of decision making; carrying out statistical analysis and making recommendations to stakeholders to improve the pricing and products we offer to our customers and brokers. If you have a keen interest in data and analysis, whether you're a graduate at the beginning of your career or already have some Pricing experience, we'd love to hear from you You'll participate in the Global P&C Academy accreditation, enhancing your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management while exchanging best practices across the Allianz Group. Salary Information Pay: Circa£ 35,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package. About You Your role will vary day to day, but here is a bit of what you can expect: Support the monitoring of Broker account performance by producing regular reporting, using a range of statistical measures Interpret the output of reports and communicate results to both technical and non-technical audience, highlighting key trends to stakeholders Use coding and data manipulation skills to carry out and deliver pricing analysis using a variety of software including Databricks, Radar and Excel Come up with pricing recommendations and present these to stakeholders for approval Consider the impact of proposals on our customers and appropriately document work for implementation Deliver reports, analysis and rate changes to agreed business timescales Work across various departments to implement rate changes into production Working with the wider Pricing team to understand best practices and keep aligned with the best ways of working Essential Skills To be successful in this role you will have; An analytical mind with a keen interest in data and making data-led decisions. A curious attitude and be detail oriented. You’ll also be a good communicator, with the ability to present your ideas to stakeholders from around the business.
