KONE is currently looking for a Construction Manager to lead Lift Installations across South Wales and Bristol
Construction / Installation Manager is accountable for managing the scope, schedule and budget of the assigned projects, acts as the KONE interface to customers and other stakeholders with primary focus at customer satisfaction and KONE profitability.
1. This will be covering new business and full replacement
2. Based in South Wales- Bristol
3. Ideally 5 years experience within the Lifts industry
4. This could be an ideal position for an experienced installer looking
5. for their next career step to CM.
6. Driving license is needed
Skills and experience:
7. People management / Leadership
8. Strong organising skills
9. Customer focus
10. Financial project planning, cost control
11. Excellent health and safety knowledge
12. SMSTS, CSCS card
13. Driving Licence
14. Good written and spoken English
