A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Portsmouth offices.
The role will see you managing a caseload of residential property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages and New Build developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.- Drafting and approving various legal documentation.- Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.- Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.- Conduct legal research where appropriate.- Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.- Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.Skills, Experience & Benefits:
- Qualified candidates with a Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX)- Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience essential at least 2 years’ experience.- Proven track record of meeting targets.- Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.- Competitive salary package depending on experience.- Workplace pension.- You will work alongside other Property Lawyers, Senior Property Lawyers and your Team Manager in an environment where you can actively make a positive contribution to the team.
