* Guest services manager to support the hotels operation within a silver star hotel
* This role is guest focus, with a drive on engagement
* A professional and highly successful operation known for its customer service to a wide variety of guests
* Guest services manager to provide outstanding service to hotel and leisure guests within the main hotel.
* Guest services manager to manage a team of ambitious individuals within this successful hotel operation
* The Guest Services Manager will be managing and developing the team of 6 underneath them
* Reporting directly into Head of guest experience
The Requirements
* Guest services manager will be a strong individual with an exceptional background in customer service operations.
* Guest services manager must have strong desire to ensure that every guests needs are met
* A Self-starter with a strong team ethic.
* Passionate individual with fantastic attention to detail
* Previous experience in managing a team.
