We are looking for an Assistant Catering Manager at St Aldhelm’s Academy. You’ll assist with the preparation and cooking of nutritious meals for students and staff. Maintaining Health and Safety Standards. Deputising in the absence of the Catering Manager. The role also involves the serving of meals at break and lunch times.
The successful candidate will be able to cope with the pressure of working in a busy kitchen and will be able to supervise a small team of catering assistants/delivery drivers. Previous kitchen experience is essential, as well as a sound understanding and awareness of food hygiene regulations and standards. Till operation and Parentpay experience are a plus.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 07:00 - 15:00
