Key Responsibilities
1. Support the contract management team in the delivery and ongoing development of our service solution systems, identifying service improvement opportunities.
2. Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
3. Roster cleaning and facility Placemakers to ensure that all sites are manned to contractual requirements and cover any sickness or planned absences.
4. Ensure all documents such as Audits, COSHH, H&S and SOPs etc. are completed, kept up to date and reviewed at appropriate times.
5. Ensure effective recruitment, training and development of frontline Placemakers.
6. Ensure all services are delivered in a commercially responsible way.
7. Ensure all customer queries/complaints are correctly recorded through the customer complaints procedure.
8. Ensure all relevant periodic reporting and required paperwork and administration is completed on time.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. Supervision experience working in a facility or cleaning services environment.
2. Proven supervision and organisational skills with the ability to work under your own initiative, whilst following guidance from line management.
3. Demonstrates the ability to understand the impact of their service outcomes towards the success of the contract delivery.
4. Manages business performance to ensure successful outcomes.
5. Identifies areas for improvement by reviewing service levels to meet customer and service contract expectations.
